Criminal Investigations Unit

The Criminal Investigations Unit is responsible for the detection and investigation of crimes against persons, juvenile crimes, property crimes and financial crimes.

Currently there are six detectives assigned to the Criminal Investigations Unit. Four of these detectives are assigned to investigate adult crimes, one detective specializes in juvenile offenses and another specializes in family violence offenses. These detectives are under the direct supervision of a Sergeant.

All of the detectives in the Criminal Investigations Unit are crossed trained and are capable of investigating different offenses.
