Administrative Services - Division Information

The Administrative Services Division includes the Communications Center, Police Records, Internal Affairs / Professional Standards, Recruiting / Hiring, quartermaster duties and police training. The division includes the Administrative Lieutenant and Administrative Sergeant along with employees who are not sworn law enforcement officers that conduct the day to day operations of the Communications Center and Police Records.

The Rockwall Police Department Communications Center provides public safety communication services for the City of Rockwall and is under contract to provide services for the City of Heath and the City of Fate. Public safety communications includes the fire department, emergency medical services, law enforcement and other communications needs for the listed municipalities.
